		<description>Hey Brian, right now, you can tag contacts to achieve these results, but I know that&#039;s not really what you&#039;re looking for... I like the suggestion and am going to pass it along to our developers -- seems like something you should be able to achieve with a saved search.</description>

		<description>Can you do anything with this data once in there?  Capturing the data is great but we would need some 37s Highrise or Salesforce-like features in order to take actions on it (and we would love that!)  For instance - show me all contacts who I called more than two weeks ago with no further touch point.</description>
